Jubal Store Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. Entire Agreement

Except as specifically provided in any separate written purchase agreement between you and Jubal Store, these Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) govern all online purchases made through www.JubalStore.com

These Terms may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by you through any other documents, forms, or communications. Any attempt to modify, supplement, or add additional terms to these Terms or to place an order subject to additional or altered terms will be considered null and void, unless expressly agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Jubal Store.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon Jubal Store until accepted by Jubal Store. Jubal Store reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

Jubal Store indicates acceptance of an order either by:

  1. Sending a confirmation email, or

  2. Dispatching the ordered items to the customer

Any other form of acceptance, whether implied or assumed, shall have no effect.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Jubal Store does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the Site.

The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) is provided solely as a reference. Jubal Store may sell products at prices lower than MSRP, and the fact that MSRP exists does not guarantee any prior sales at that price.

  • MSRP may vary by product, geographic location, retailer, and time.

  • Manufacturer MSRPs may change without notice to Jubal Store. Customers seeking the most current MSRP should contact the product manufacturer directly.

  • For private label or house brands, MSRP is internally determined based on comparable products. Actual sale prices may be lower.

  • Limited-time promotions or “free with purchase” offers are intended as marketing events only. Jubal Store reserves the right to continue, modify, or discontinue such promotions at any time.

4. Warranty

Where applicable, warranty service will be provided at designated centers in main metro cities. Jubal Store makes no additional warranties beyond those expressly provided by the manufacturer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jubal Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of the Site or reliance on Site information

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product pricing or descriptions

  • Delays or failures in delivery

6. Final Authority

Jubal Store retains sole discretion and final authority in all matters related to:

  • Order acceptance or rejection

  • Pricing, promotions, and discounts

  • Product availability and stock allocation

  • Warranty verification and claims

  • Returns, cancellations, and refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that Jubal Store’s decisions in these matters are final and binding.
