Jubal Store ships to most locations across India. Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions and may not be deliverable to specific pin codes or regions due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations.

Once an order is placed, estimated shipping and delivery timelines are provided based on product availability and the selected shipping method. Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery timelines generally range between 8–10 working days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions. All orders are delivered strictly to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight of the product, in accordance with our logistics partners’ policies. All weights are rounded up to the nearest applicable unit for billing purposes.

Due to the varied size and weight of musical instruments and professional audio equipment, delivery timelines may vary. Most orders are ready for dispatch within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Certain products may require 48–72 hours or more for dispatch depending on availability and handling requirements.

Jubal Store offers free insured standard shipping to most pin codes across India. We work exclusively with reputed logistics partners to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of your order.

1. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to most pin codes across India. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or location limitations.


2. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders for in-stock items are usually processed within 2–3 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–10 working days, depending on your location.


3. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, the tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or WhatsApp and updated in your order details. You can track your shipment directly through our logistics partner.


4. Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be shown before checkout.
Many products qualify for free insured standard shipping, which will be clearly mentioned.


5. What happens if an item is out of stock after I place an order?

If an item goes on back order, we will ship the available items first. The remaining item(s) will be dispatched once they are back in stock, at no extra shipping cost.


6. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched. Please contact customer support immediately for assistance.


7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
We recommend carefully reviewing product specifications and compatibility before placing an order.


8. What if my product is damaged during transit?

In the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product. The issue will be addressed as per the manufacturer’s warranty and our verification process.


9. Are the shipments insured?

No. Shipments are not insured by default. Insurance can be arranged only upon the customer’s request, and the applicable insurance charges will be added as per the insurer’s prevailing fees and terms.


Returns & Exchanges

Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

All products sold by Jubal Store are brand new, quality-checked, and securely packed prior to dispatch. Customers are advised to review product specifications, compatibility, and requirements carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.

In the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic and/or video evidence of the package and product. Such cases will be addressed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and our internal verification process.
