Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Jubal Store ships to most locations across India. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations.

All orders are delivered only to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Jubal Store reserves the right to refuse or delay delivery if the address is incorrect or inaccessible.

Orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery timelines typically range from 8–14 working days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions. Some items may require 48–72 hours or more for dispatch, depending on availability and handling requirements.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are based on product weight, size, and delivery location, and will be displayed before checkout. Many products qualify for free insured standard shipping, which will be indicated during purchase.

We partner with multiple reputed logistics carriers and select them based on service availability and coverage for each delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or your account. Customers can track shipments directly with the logistics partner until delivery.


Order Cancellations

All requests for order cancellations or refunds are subject to Jubal Store’s sole discretion. Jubal Store reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any cancellation or refund request, at any stage, for any reason whatsoever.

If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed or approved, Jubal Store may cancel the order and refund the full amount within a reasonable period. Orders that have been processed, approved, or dispatched cannot be canceled.

The determination of whether an order has been processed rests entirely with Jubal Store, and the customer agrees to accept our decision as final and binding.


Returns & Refunds

Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

All returns must be pre-approved by Jubal Store. No product will be accepted without prior authorization. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. Items sent without approval will be rejected and not considered for refund or exchange.

Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Jubal Store is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

Damages & Issues

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt. Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to Jubal Store within 24 hours of delivery. Jubal Store reserves the right to evaluate and verify all claims and will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • Jubal Store reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request for such items


Exchanges

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item first. Once approved, customers must place a separate order for the replacement. Jubal Store is not responsible for holding stock for exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility, and requirements before purchase

  • Insurance for shipments is not included by default and must be requested by the customer. Applicable charges apply as per the insurer’s terms
